Salman Khan and Shahrukh Khanare all set to lock horns this Eid! Eid has always been an auspicious occasion for our Sallu Bhai to release his movies. Now rumour has it that Shahrukh Khan wants to release his Chennai Express on Eid.
Why would he do that? Unless he wants to challenge our Sallu Bhai? Hmm.. Apparently Shahrukh Khan has been coveting the Eid slot for quite sometime now and if rumours are to be believed, he has called for several meeting with stakeholders including distributors, members of the production house, Rohit Shetty,Farah Khan and the composer duo Vishal Shekhar and broke the news to them saying – “Get ready for Eid!”
Sallu’s Sher Khan was earlier scheduled to release on Eid but got shelved and was replaced by Mental, which has hit the floors already. Now the real question is, will Mental be ready for a Eid release or will modest complications hold the release back? Knowing Salman, we are sure he will work extra hard and Mental will be ready and set for release during Eid.
That’s not it! Shahrukh has some other competition. Milan Luthria’s Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai 2 starring Akshay Kumar, Imran Khan, Sonakshi Sinha andSonali Bendre might release around the same time.
